Business Development Rep
Location: Remote (must be based near Somerset West for weekly client meetings)
Salary: R8,000–R12,000/month

The Role
We’re hiring a junior to mid-level Business Development Representative to help us build real relationships with local business owners. Your job isn’t to push a product — it’s to understand people, build trust, and help them solve real problems. Do that, and the product sells itself.
You’ll manage warm inbound leads, do some outreach and networking, and meet with clients in Somerset West weekly.
Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound enquiries and qualify potential leads
Conduct discovery calls (phone, WhatsApp, video)
Attend weekly in-person meetings with Somerset West clients
Network and build relationships with local businesses
Do light cold outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn)
Keep CRM updated and track follow-ups
Work closely with the CEO and marketing team
Hit realistic KPIs and earn performance bonuses

Personal Assistant

About the Role:
BRBD Marketing, a fast-growing marketing agency based in Somerset West, is looking for a highly organised and reliable Personal Assistant to support our team and help our agency run like clockwork. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves ticking things off a to-do list, and wants to grow their career in the marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing calendars and booking appointments
Assisting with new client enquiries
Running errands (dropping packages, light shopping, etc.)
Capturing and organising admin/data
Supporting the team with day-to-day operations
Joining client Zoom meetings when needed
What We Offer:
Salary of R7,000–R10,000 per month
Fuel allowance (on top of salary)
Work laptop and phone provided

Requirements:
Based in or near Somerset West
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
Completed matric
At least some work experience (waitering, retail, admin, etc.)

Comfortable using Office 365 (or willing to learn quickly)
Confident communicator — especially via phone or Zoom
Nice to Have:
Previous experience in admin or marketing support
Familiarity with CRM or project management tools
