Service Terms & Conditions

By accepting a quote from BRBD Pty Ltd (T/A BRBD Marketing), you (“the Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

BRBD Marketing provides lead generation services, including but not limited to:

• Facebook & Instagram Ads Management
• Lead Generation System Management
• Ads Design & Video Editing

These services are delivered on a monthly basis as outlined in your quote.

2. Fees & Payment

• Fees are billed monthly as quoted.
• Payment is due in advance via EFT by the 1st of each month.
• Services will not commence or continue until payment is received in full.

3. Annual Price Increase

• All service pricing is subject to an annual increase on 1st March each year.
• Clients will be notified of pricing changes in writing at least 30 days prior to implementation.

4. Term & Cancellation

• Agreements operate on a month-to-month basis.
• Either party may cancel with 7 days written notice prior to the next billing period.
• The Client remains responsible for any outstanding fees up to the termination date.

5. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee under the following conditions:

• The Client must respond promptly to all requests for feedback and input.
• The Client must attend all scheduled calls with their account manager.
• The Client must demonstrate lead follow-up and engagement in line with BRBD’s best practice guidelines.
  If these conditions are met and the Client is not satisfied with the results within 30 days of service commencement, a full refund of the management fee will be issued.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.

8. Amendments

These terms may be updated from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated in writing.
